Let’s Start With the Doubt (Because It’s Real)

3. Challenge the Old Beliefs

“I’m not enough.” “It’s too late.” “I should just be grateful.”
These aren’t facts - they’re fear in disguise.

4. Set Aligned Goals

Don’t just set goals for the sake of achievement. Choose goals that feel aligned with who you're becoming. Small. Intentional. Soulful.

5. Step Outside Your Comfort Zone

Transformation means disrupting the familiar. That might feel scary - but it’s also where the magic begins.

6. Embrace the Process (Not Just the Outcome)

This journey isn’t linear. You’ll have setbacks. Doubts. Beautiful breakthroughs.
Stay with it. This is your becoming.
