We want you to feel confident investing in yourself through The Mind Training Gym. Our courses and digital products are designed to support your growth, not add confusion or regret.

Because of the nature of digital content and instant access, here’s our refund policy, clearly stated and fair to everyone.

Digital Products & Courses

Due to the downloadable and instant-access nature of our products (eBooks, guides, mini-courses, workshops, masterclasses, etc.), all sales are final and non-refundable, unless otherwise stated on the product page.

We encourage you to read the descriptions carefully and if you have questions before purchasing, just email hello@themindtraininggym.co.uk — we’re happy to help you choose the right fit.

Course Programmes (e.g., The Silent Grief of Motherhood)

We pour heart and strategy into every programme and we only want committed participants. That’s why:

Refunds are not guaranteed. We only consider them in exceptional circumstances and on a case-by-case basis.
To be eligible for consideration, you must show you’ve engaged with the course (e.g., completed modules, reached out for support).
If approved, a partial refund or credit toward future offerings may be issued at our discretion.

We won’t honour refund requests based on:

Change of mind
Lack of time
Not engaging with the content
Believing it’s not “working” without evidence of implementation

Payment Plans

If you opt into a payment plan, you are responsible for completing all payments unless otherwise agreed. Failed payments will result in access being paused until resolved.

Technical Issues

If you’re experiencing issues accessing content, email us at hello@themindtraininggym.co.uk. We’ll do everything we can to get you back on track but we’re not liable for issues related to your devices, internet or third-party platforms (like Kajabi, Stripe or PayPal).
