When my daughter left home, it cracked something open in me. In the weeks leading up to that day, I felt like I was holding my breath - heartbroken at the thought of our routines disappearing, of walking past her empty room, of a quiet house that didn’t feel like home anymore. I smiled and encouraged her, of course. But inside, I felt completely undone.
I had spent so many years pouring into everyone else that I barely recognised who I was without them.
That loss of identity hit harder than I ever expected.
Becoming a Certified Life Coach didn’t just give me new tools - it brought me back to me.
It helped heal the quiet strain in my relationships.
It gave me purpose when I felt directionless.
And it helped me design a life that finally felt aligned - not just full.
For the first time in a long time, I wasn’t just surviving or performing.
